Tracee Sanders serves as the managing director of human resources, responsible for providing professional human resources services and consultation for all Share Our Strength campaigns and teams. She is also responsible for managing the administration of all organizational human resources initiatives, including training and development, employee relations, budget management, recruitment, human resources compliance, performance management, compensation, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and policy development and administration.
Prior to joining Share Our Strength in 2012, Tracee served as Vice President, Operations for NuCoreVision, Inc., a minority-owned federal government contracting company. While working for this company she was responsible for overseeing the company’s human resources functions and managed several federal government contracts providing services in a wide variety of areas including customer service and cyber security.
Tracee has 20 years of human resources generalist experience for both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. She is a member of The Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and holds professional certification designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute (PHR). She received her bachelor’s degree from Hampton University.
Tracee lives in Washington, DC with her husband and two children. She is passionate about and devoted to all causes related to children.
